About vinyl decals: Vinyl decals can go on just about any smooth surface (cars, windows, laptops, mirrors, walls, etc..) There are 3 parts to a decal. The vinyl decal, the backing paper and the transfer tape.
When looking at the picture, the white parts are the backing paper. The only part that is vinyl is the black area. They are very easy to apply, just peel back the decal, place onto desired area, and remove the backing tape! Instructions will be sent with your decal to make sure you get it right :)
